A perennial Corridor favorite, Catering by LJ’s notched its fourth Best Caterer win this year. While relatively small, the company offers a variety of catering options, including buffets, boxed lunches, appetizers and wedding packages, with a new menu currently in the works, according to owner and chef Tim Hoesel. LJ’s caters almost one wedding every weekend, and is usually booked up a year in advance for those events.
Mr. Hoesel said LJ’s will be relocating to a new, unnamed space in Marion in the near future. The space will be larger than their current location, which will give the company more options and flexibility, but everything else customers have grown to love will stay the same, Mr. Hoesel said. “We go above and beyond – that’s our motto.”
