Coralville-based MediRevv more than doubled its number of employees in a year.
Last year, MediRevv had about 50 employees. Today, they employ 135, said Kent Smith, MediRevv’s vice president of sales.
MediRevv is a healthcare revenue cycle management company that specializes in helping hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers and physician groups improve their cash flow and grow their revenue. Employees focus on four key areas: patient satisfaction, productivity, quality and key performance indicator reporting.
Last September, the company moved into a larger building at 2600 University Parkway in Coralville, allowing for the rapid growth, Mr. Smith said. This is MediRevv’s second time on the list of Fastest Growing Companies in the Corridor.
“Our brand is starting to get recognized nationally. For any small growing company it’s a critical point that your brand gets the attention of the industry,” Mr. Smith said.
MediRevv’s employees have allowed the company to continue to grow, he said.
“That’s allowed us to get the client base we’ve had. Another thing we’re seeing is we’re starting to be able to close that story with impressive results,” he said.
MediRevv’s clients include: Texas Children’s Physician Services Organization, University California Irvine Medical Center, University of Iowa Community Medical Services and Baylor College of Medicine, among others.
