About Phil Jasper:
Phil Jasper leads the Mission Systems strategic business unit at Collins Aerospace, a United Technologies Corp. company based in Cedar Rapids. A 26-year veteran of the industry, Phil previously served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Government Systems at Rockwell Collins. Prior to this, he held the roles of vice president of Business Development for Government Systems, vice president and general manager of Mobility Rotary Wing Solutions, senior director of Air Force Programs, director of air mobility for Bombers & Special Mission Programs and technical director and programs manager of KC-135 Programs.

Phil participates in STEM outreach activities in the community, volunteers with United Way and is a member of the Iowa State University Engineering College Industrial Advisory Council, Cedar Rapids Business Advisory Council and Iowa Business Council.
